Looking for name for my phobia?

Im trying to find out if my phobia has a name. Ever since I can remember, whenever I have owned a new tub of peanut butter, or butter, anything thats solid and smooth when you open it. I can’t touch it. I have to have someone else stick a knife in it and mess it up before I can use it. I have had people try to get me to do it but I cant breathe and I start to panic. Does anyone know if this sort of phobia has a scientific name. Or any other cases of people having it. I know it sounds crazy.

This is in the category of perrformance or social phobias, but I can find no specific phobia for this description.
