How do I keep my knife in it’s sheath ?

I want to keep it in it’s sheath while it’s like upside down. like on those movies and shows and how the military does it. the knife is in the case and it doesn’t have a buckle or strap or anything and it stays in there until the person pulls it out and then when they put it back in again it stays in and doesn’t slip out ! i wanna know how to do this ^_^ thanks !

You are looking for a kydex sheath. This “plastic” type material is durable and KNIVES that come with them frequently have portions molded in so that they will hold the knife either until the handle is pulled on or a portion of the sheath is pushed back. For a lot of hiking/running/moving it is still good to have some other means for holding the knife in the sheath so it doesn’t come out when you don’t want it to.
