I have to agree with the first two posters, which tend to lose, and I'm hard on KNIVES. I'll take things from the factory. My current folder is one of Kershaw – I've managed to hang on to him for several years. I have no idea what type of steel sheet is made. My hunting knife is a Gerber. good solid knife. I've seen some custom knives that sell for hundreds of dollars and can not even imagine paying that much money for one.
