Are Homemade nunchucks illegal. Are finger sized nunchucks illegal. are throwing KNIVES illegal. are shirkens (throwing stars) illegal. what would be the punnishment for possesing these items?

In Australia all those weapons are illegal,they would be confiscated,there would be a possible charge of possession of prohibited weapon,but depending on there number and make up a warning and caution would most probably be given.
