Knife carry laws in MA? Law enforcement welcome!? ?

Hi, I have a small collection of lockblades and want to know if legal to carry a small (not automatic) Three inch Benchmade Vex or any other folder manually opening the streets and not for recreation, such as hunting and fishing. If you are a police officer or security guard could help me. I know the laws and regulations on the block (not automatic) folders in Massachusetts. Only the truth, without copy / paste! Thanks!

The best and safest way to know is to call or visit the PD or SO in which you want to go and they will tell you. Even pretend to know since I live in Texas and my status is not as strict, but I know to do this if a citizen has any questions regarding such issues and our local PD SO is more than happy to answer questions. prefer to answer these questions in advance rather than arrest someone for guessing.
