
I have a semi-deep cut on my finger??
Well yesterday morning I was cutting a slice of bread and the knife he was using was really strong, and I accidentally cut through the bread too quickly and cut my finger. It was bleeding, so I just went to get a bandage for it. But I looked more afternoon and decided it would have needed stitching, but of course, then there would be nothing I could do about it. So here's my problem. I I feel like I need to keep a band aid at least during the day to prevent the entry of dirt on it and stuff (plus it doesn't look very nice when I'm doing things in the kitchen), but I think you're supposed to keep it open so you can "breathe" and heal better. So what should I do? I usually wear a bandage on it during the day and leave it open at night. There is also something you can put on it to help it heal? I was thinking of vitamin E, but I I do not know really. Any suggestions?
Ay! Done that a dozen times! I am a waitress at cut our own bread for the table. What I usually do is to keep very clean, daily cleaning of hand washing with normal soap and water, making sure the water runs over his court, at least twice a day. So the use of hydrogen peroxide to sterilize the wound. I usually keep mine covered until it actually does not hurt anymore, then you can let it dry a bit. Happy healing!
