As professional chefs have. I have the intention to become a professional chef and regular cutting with knives is a long time (but maybe it is good to practice in lower-quality knives so that i to have better training?) I'd appreciate a name of a shop or a web link. Thanks!

They are quite expensive, but they are the best Probally Cutco knives I have ever used. They stay sharp forever, and have a lifetime sharpening guarantee. Otherwise, a knife sharpener can maintain good cheap knife working well for years.
