Is it legal to carry a 4 "knife in the pocket folder? Can lead to hidden, or can you clip inside your pocket? is not spring assisted or a knife is a length limit for folders in your pocket?

Depends on where you live. in Los Angeles or Oakland, no. Anywhere else seems fine. Oh, and in California, butterfly KNIVES (also known as the balisong) are considered knives.
