Does anyone know of something like a pocket knife, but it has a leaf?

A friend of mine's father was released only in the nursing home, with dementia and is having a hard time not being able to take your pocket knife. He has been carrying the same knife for years! The only thing he uses in it's file, such as cleaning their fingernails with it. So I told him I was looking for something that looks like a pocket knife, but he has something to clean nails. So the conclusion is that, not strong and it looks like a pocket knife to the nursing home will allow you to wear it!

May allow you to one of the pockets of nail scissors. Usually have "swing-out" nail with a small curve at the end that can be used to clean under the nail.
