Swiss Army Knife At School?

I recently decided I wanted a swiss army knife for protection or whatever (kidnapped, attacked, etc.) and I wouldn’t go crazy and pull it out or anything but I don’t know where else I can put it. They don’t check bags but I would like to have it close to me just in case. Is that legal?

Depends on your state. In mine as long as it is a folder and the blade is less than 3 inches it is OK no matter what your age.
Now as to school that is different. Most schools now a days have zero tolerance policy. They sent home a letter or information saying no weapons allowed of any sort. If you are discovered with the knife (they can search your or your bag whenever they want no probable cause needed in a school) they can suspend you and have you arrested for trespassing since you violated a rule.
A folding knife is useless as far as protection goes. When you pull it out on a bully or show it to a friend the school will know you have it and you can say bye bye to your education.
Convince your parents to get you some martial arts training. it will give you confidence so you won;t have to worry so much about protection.
