What 1980 movie was "supertool" used in?

To be more specific the "supertool" was actually a knife similar to a Swiss army knife that had many different tools built into it. From what I can recall this was one of the early 80's cheesy movies the last time you saw when I was probably 12 years old. I do not remember any other details other than the protagonists were teenagers, and were always trying to get away with doing something sneaky. All information is greatly appreciated. And if people have looked on imdb.com and was in vain. I would appreciate all keep the smartass answers themselves. This was a really cool 80 movies that I really like to see again.
