Fixed blade knife in Texas?

A while ago I asked a question about the knife laws in Texas and not get a clear answer when he looked at me same in the Texas Penal Code. What I need to know is I can carry a knife attached or fixed blade on my back under my shirt or my ankle in my pants. It also does not have a problem wearing it in the hip outdoors, but Id rather have hidden as described above, if I could. The length of the blade is only 4.5 inches long from the end of the handle to the tip of the blade. And it will not be double either side, I designed and plan to do soon.
