Any U.S Soldiers being killed in Iraq by sword?

When i was a boy I was in Iraq I study sword fighting from a master in Saudi and it was routine every day to slay a half dozen Iraqies. I had to change my cloth to black to cover the blood drench rags, it was illegal then to shoot some one with a gun but a sword or knife was ok. I advance to a laser unknown at the time & killed thousands of them the sheiks where blown away by this new sword not sure if I drew it out of the desert sun. They wanted to give me credit but wanted a standard length I said ok I’ll see you next year and came back with the first original and famous legend the light saber it really blew them away again and it proved very lethal in sword fighting.
but I was wondering if there where casualties from swordsmen, in my style we would half to penetrated a 1/4″ steel plate & thrust a sword threw the shield to kill the opponet so even some bullet proof armour your steel dead.
