What would win: Ninjas or vikings on bear cavalry?

Suppose you had an army of ninjas against an army of bear cavalry. who would win? Yes, the ninjas have stealth and agility on their side, but the vikings could just tank through them. Ninjas are capable of throwing KNIVES accurately at the weak spots on bear/vikings, but if a viking reaches the ninja, the ninja will be owned. Please help me out!

It really all depends on the environment and how much prep time each side gets. If it’s dark and there’s a lot of potential cover, the ninjas will have an advantage, but if it’s light and open the vikings will have the advantage. Also, ninjas are a lot more powerful if they have sufficient preparation time.
